If you have a complaint about Vocabulaw’s handling of your personal data, or if you wish to exercise any of the above rights, please contact us via the website. To ensure that you are exercising a right, Vocabulaw requests that you include a copy of your proof of identity. Please black out your passport photo and the MRZ (number strip at the bottom) to protect your privacy. Vocabulaw will respond to your request as soon as possible, but no later than 4 weeks. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority. This is the competent enforcement authority.
